Check In On Your Elders

"We are who we are because of the people who raised us,” U.S. Representative Deb Haaland. Remember to check in on your parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles! Provide your loved ones with a device, such as a cellphone or an iPad, in order to communicate over video calls, for example, and make two to three of these connections a day. Watch the same TV program or read the same book to discuss. Help them with grocery shopping via a delivery service. Learn more about how to protect yourself and those who have care for you at www.coronavirus.wa.gov.

Stay safe, stay home and stay healthy.
