Your first responders are fighting the spread! This starts with our dispatchers who ask callers whether the patient has a fever, cough or respiratory symptom — the potential signs of coronavirus. When responding to a call, our first responders ask key questions related to COVID-19 prior to entering the home and providing care. They will also be wearing protective health gowns and respirators, and will provide surgical masks to patients upon arrival to limit everyone’s exposure. Remember, the Tulalip Bay Fire Department responds to every 911 call but recommends citizens avoid visiting emergency rooms to limit their exposure to illness. Be Safe. Stay Home. Stay Healthy.
